With many compliance e-learning modules available, you can implement the following:

  • Anti-bribery and Corruption
  • Competition
  • Data Protection
  • Careful Communication (day-to-day communications risks in the workplace, e.g. confidentiality, legal privilege, etc.)
  • Workplace Behaviour

The modules can be used straight off the shelf or you can tailor them to meet your exact requirements and risk hot spots.  If you require a module that is not in the list above we can easily create a bespoke module for you.

Compliance Hot Spot – Are you ready for the UK Bribery Act?

Companies are facing a new risk under the UK Bribery Act.  Any business operating in the UK will risk being automatically criminally liable if anyone performing services on its behalf anywhere in the world, pays a bribe to win business or a business advantage. The only defence is whether a business proves that there were “adequate procedures” in place to prevent bribery occurring on its behalf.

All organisations who do business in the UK are potentially caught by the Act and should critically assess whether they have sufficiently robust anti-bribery and corruption systems and controls in place. This should be a targeted approach in establishing and evolving a “zero tolerance” culture towards bribery and corruption.

We provide a unique approach to e-learning delivering the right guidance and tools to your at risk employees.

Holistic Compliance Solutions

In addition to our e-learning offering we can provide integrated support throughout the compliance and risk management life cycle:
