CMS Cameron McKenna advises on Capital Safety Group MBO

CMS Cameron McKenna LLP has advised the management team of Capital Safety Group its US$565 million secondary management buyout from Electra Private Equity, arranged by Candover Partners.  Completion of the transaction is conditional on competition clearance. 

CMS Cameron McKenna advised the Management of Capital Safety Group.  Headquartered in Milton Keynes, Capital Safety Group is the world's leading specialist designer and manufacturer of height safety and fall protection equipment. The company has operations across North America, Europe and Asia, and its products are widely used in industries such as oil and gas, construction, manufacturing and telecoms.

The CMS Cameron McKenna team was led by Andrew Sheach, head of Corporate, and included Sarah King and Hannah Kamaie (Corporate), and Nicholas Turner (Employment).

Clifford Chance (David Pearson and Simon Tinkler) acted for Electra Private Equity and Candover Partners was advised by Latham & Watkins (Graeme Sloan).
