Our recruitment process varies according to the vacancy in question. In most cases, there will be a first and second interview, and sometimes more. You may be invited to meet members of the team you might be joining on a less formal basis. You may also be asked to undertake a written exercise, a personality assessment or perhaps to submit written work or conduct a presentation.
