Wojciech Szybkowski is a qualified Legal Advisor and a Partner in the Real Estate and Construction Department of CMS Cameron McKenna’s Warsaw office.
Wojciech specialises in commercial law, concentrating on mergers & acquisitions as well as on banking law. He has extensive experience in real estate sales and acquisitions through share and asset transactions, joint ventures as well as real estate development projects. He advises investment funds, developers, builders, hotel operators and property companies.
He has gained experience in the real estate sector advising many international investors on property transactions in Poland. Among other clients, he has advised one of the biggest world hotel operators on transactions regarding the sale of five-star-hotels, a joint venture of a large Dutch bank and a leading Dutch developer on real estate investments in Poland, an English real estate fund in relation to the acquisition of logistic centres in Poland and in connection with financing these investment projects, as well as a Spanish developer on its joint venture with a Polish investor in connection with one of the largest residential development projects in Poland. Before joining CMS Cameron McKenna Wojciech Szybkowski worked for White & Case, and Domański Zakrzewski Palinka.
He is the author of several publications on business activity in Poland and on civil law, in particular on real estate issues.
He is fluent in English and Russian.
