Wojciech Koczara specialises in real estate business law. He has been advising domestic and international investors in relation to the purchase, sale and lease of commercial estates and the performance of development projects for over 10 years.
Before joining CMS Cameron McKenna, he has worked for Clifford Chance and Domanski, Zakrzewski, Palinka and the National Bank of Poland.
He is the author of several publications concerning sale and lease back transactions, and real estate.
He is fluent in English and also speaks conversational German.
