Will Meredith

Will Meredith is Head of the Banking and International Finance Department. He is the firm’s client relationship partner for Lloyds Banking Group. 

Will specialises in banking lending, leveraged finance, property finance and restructuring. 

Relevant experience includes advising: 

• A large UK bank on its acquisition of Danske Bank’s London syndicated loan portfolio (£2 billion plus) 
• Pendragon PLC on financing its successful bid for Reg Vardy PLC – syndicated bank facilities of £750m 
• A large UK bank on £100m-plus facilities to Sackville Holdings to acquire a property portfolio 
• A large UK bank on the provision of £350m syndicated facilities in connection with the flotation of Virgin Mobile Group 
• The syndicate of banks lending to Holmes Place in various debt renegotiations 
• A large UK bank on financing the acquisition of two Marriott hotels in Brussels
