Wadim Kurpias

Wadim Kurpias is a Partner in the Energy, Projects and Construction department of the Warsaw Office. Wadim worked with CMS Cameron McKenna from 1997 to 2003, and rejoined CMS in 2007.

Wadim specialises in infrastructure projects, including road projects and major construction projects. He has extensive experience in advising on PPP schemes as well as negotiating major construction contracts and advising on land use and permitting issues.

Since 1995, Wadim has been working for well known Polish, UK and US based law firms providing legal advice to global companies who are active in Poland.

Relevant experience includes advising:

• An international consortium, Gdańsk Transport Company, on the A-1 motorway concession
• ING Real Estate in the development of a multifunctional 'Złote Tarasy' project located in the centre of Warsaw
