Venetia Trayhurn qualified into the Pensions department in 2005, having joined the firm as a trainee in 2003 and spent six months with the team. She advises both trustees and employers on general pensions administration issues, benefit design, employer covenant work, scheme mergers and wind-ups.
Venetia specialises in dispute resolution on behalf of trustees, employers and members, including litigation, Ombudsman investigations and appeals.
Venetia is an Associate member of the Association of Pension Lawyers and Secretary to the Pensions Ombudsman Liaison Group.
