Veliko Savov

Veliko Savov is a Senior Associate in the Corporate Department of CMS Cameron McKenna in Sofia.

Veliko specialises in company and commercial law and has interests in foreign direct investments. He has experience in mergers and acquisitions of companies, joint ventures, contract negotiations and corporate governance. Veliko has participated in various acquisitions of companies advising on commercial and corporate transactions, corporate governance, documenting shareholder and operating agreements. 
 
Veliko is also heading our Hotels & Leisure Sector Group. He is experienced in contract negotiations, dispute resolution, FIDIC contracts, joint ventures and corporate governance.

Prior to joining CMS, Veliko was an associate in the biggest telecommunications company in Bulgaria [listed on BSE] dealing mainly with corporate and commercial matters. Veliko Savov graduated from the Faculty of Law at St. Kliment Ohridski University in Sofia.
