Valentina Keys trained with Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer and moved to CMS Cameron McKenna LLP in 2008 in order to specialise in Environment law.
Valentina's work within the Energy and Environment team (the environment side of which is headed by the Partner Paul Sheridan) consists of providing regulatory and transactional advice (most often this is stand alone) and keeping up to date, as part of a wider web-based project, with all the legal, economic and fiscal developments within the fields of cleantech, real estate, transport, waste management, water management, green public procurement and so on.
Valentina also does some contentious work which revolves around permitting issues and settlements of disputes.
