Tomasz Jedwabny

Tomasz Jedwabny is Legal Advisor, solicitor of the Supreme Court of England and Wales and Of-counsel in Banking and International Finance Department at CMS Cameron McKenna Warsaw office.

He specialises in finance law focusing on the energy sector, infrastructure finance, capital markets and derivative products. Tomasz Jedwabny has gained his experience while performing a number of financial transactions, including PPP and project finance; state-guaranteed financing and municipal financing, debt instruments, issue of shares and   depositary receipts as well as the derivatives market documentation.

Prior to joining CMS Cameron McKenna he was a legal counsel at the European Investment Bank, and also worked for a major international law firm.

He is fluent in English and German.
