Teodora Ivanova

Teodora Ivanova specialises in Corporate Finance and Financial Law. She has experience particularly in the areas of corporate finance, banking and financial law, but she also works on commercial matters, including TMT and consumer products. 

She gained significant experience while previously working at an established Bulgarian law firm, in close conjunction with a UK based law firm, in the areas of commercial and corporate law and securities. Her excellent command of English and her drafting skills make her an invaluable member of the CMS team. Since her return from Oxford, Teodora has taken the initiative to expand and develop our capital markets practice in Sofia.

Education:

Teodora is Magister Juris Prudence (LLM) from the University of Oxford, where she specialised in Corporate Finance and Financial Law. She also holds an LLM from the Faculty of Law at Sofia University.
