Taras Burhan is a senior lawyer at the Kyiv office of CMS Cameron McKenna. He has significant experience of advising leading Ukrainian and foreign banks, investment funds and manufacturers on a wide range of capital markets, syndicated loan, project finance and M&A transactions. He is also a member of the firm’s Restructuring and Insolvency team.
Before joining CMS Cameron McKenna in 2008, Taras spent more than 9 years working in the public sector and at various international law firms in Kyiv.
