- SkyWave Mobile Communications on the contractual, regulatory and security arrangements for the purchase of satellite and data network services
- A network operator on the regulatory aspects of a number of restructuring and insolvency activities
- UK voice and data service provider on interconnection and access arrangements
- Multi-national technology, oil and gas companies on regulatory and licensing matters in relation to encryption export licensing matters in the UK, US and Middle East
