• National Grid in relation to procurement of replacement operational telecommunications assets, provision of dark fibre network and managed operational telecommunication services from Cable & Wireless, including advising on all associated maintenance and support services, software, escrow, IP and data issues and general contract issues including contract novation and direct agreements
• Powergrid Corporation of India on its investments into communications infrastructure
• KPNQwest on the rollout of its pan-European network and the construction of “cybercentres” to provide telehousing, web-hosting and applications hosting services connected to the fibre-optic network of KPNQwest on 18 sites across Europe
• Major telecoms operator on global infrastructure procurement arrangements with Alcatel, Ericsson and Nokia
