Our non-contentious Technology team has extensive experience of advising on local and cross-border contracts on the sourcing of a vast range of functions, including IT, telecoms, customer relationship management, logistics, vehicle fleet and facilities management, finance and accounting, fund management, human resources, transaction settlement and payment processing.

Our experience has taken us into a variety of industry sectors, including TMT, healthcare and financial services, lifesciences, energy and utilities and manufacturing and logistics, in both the public and private sector. We advise both customers and suppliers and when acting for suppliers we can assist on system integration issues as well as second tier supplies.
