Simon Dayes heads up our Banking and International Finance group in South East Europe and has been advising in cross-border financings into SEE, from a Bucharest base, for over 12 years.
Simon specialises in advising banks and international financial institutions, and has led a number of high-profile transactions including project finance in the energy, oil and gas, mineral resources and real estate sectors. He also specialises in financial restructurings and structured finance.
Simon is the only lawyer in Romania listed in The International Who’s Who of Project Finance Lawyers 2008.
