Roxana joined CMS Cameron McKenna Bucharest five years ago as a Senior Associate, and currently holds the position of Head of the Real Estate & Construction Group. Prior to joining CMS Cameron McKenna, Roxana was a Senior Associate at one of the largest Romanian law firms and previously she was a Senior Associate for the associated law firm of Ernst&Young. Roxana has over ten years’ experience in real estate matters, working particularly extensively in the retail & office sector, where she has assisted in the acquisition and financing of a large number of shopping centres & office developments in Romania and across the region. She is also experienced in supporting investors and developers in the field of energy, with a special focus on alternative and green energy. She has completed successfully many ground breaking transactions during the last years. She is a member of the Bucharest Bar Association and member of the Romanian Lawyers Union.
