Robert Hayhurst is a partner and head of the corporate department in the Budapest office.
Robert has advised on numerous large corporate/commercial transactions throughout Central and South Eastern Europe, including Serbia, in the past 12 years. Robert has advised a number of private equity companies regarding their investments in various sectors across the region. Robert has extensive experience on privatisation deals.

- OTP Bank in relation to the acquisition of a number of companies across the CEE region, such as the acquisition of Raiffeisen Bank Ukraine, Kulska Banka, Niska Banka, and Zepter Banka
- MOL on its USD 260 million acquisition of Slovnaft a.s., the acquisition of Shell Romania SRL and with regards to disposal of certain retail & aviation fuel assets
