Mr Robert Gray

Rob is a partner in the Infrastructure & Project Finance Group who specialises in infrastructure projects in the UK and internationally. He has experience of working on a range of infrastructure matters including road projects, highways maintenance projects, street-lighting projects, health projects and large-scale accommodation projects.

Relevant recent experience includes advising:

• The Slovak government on three PPP Highway projects and on the preparation of PPP, enabling legislation
• Advising in relation to the restructuring of the track contracts for two of the London underground PPP contracts.
• Advising the project company in relation to the Royal School of Military Engineering accommodation and training project.
