Richard Price

Richard has practised as a Partner in the Corporate Department of CMS Cameron McKenna for over 30 years and has wide experience in mergers & acquisitions, international joint ventures, inward and outward direct investment and general corporate matters.

Richard served two terms as Senior Partner from 1992 and and continues to promote the firm’s relationships with its major clients and undertakes major transactional work - particularly in the international arena.
