Richard Bull

Richard Bull is a partner in CMS Cameron McKenna's UK Corporate practice.

Richard has extensive experience advising on M&A and private equity transactions of all types and sizes. He has regularly advised corporates on UK and cross-border transactions (in particular in the Consumer Products and Insurance sector), while also advising private equity houses and management teams on buy-outs and exits across a range of industry sectors.   

Relevant experience includes advising: 

• Arcapita on its acquisition of the Freightliner Group 
• AnaCap Financial Partners on its majority stake in Credoma a.s., based in Prague 
• Nuffield Health on its acquisition of Cannons Health & Fitness Clubs 
• Benfield Group (now Aon Benfield) on its disposal of Orbit Benefits 
• Sale of H&B Foods and Discovery Foods to strategic investors
