Rebecca Schofield

Rebecca Schofield is a Partner in the Banking and International Finance department at CMS Cameron McKenna LLP.   

Rebecca’s key clients are the firm’s major bank clients including Lloyds TSB Bank plc and The Royal Bank of Scotland plc.  She also advises corporate borrowers and equity houses on a range of domestic and international transactions, including corporate restructuring.   

Relevant experience includes advising:

• A large UK bank on its acquisition of Danske Bank's London syndicated loan portfolio  
• A syndicate of banks in the provision of syndicated facilities to iSoft Group plc and the subsequent restructuring and refinancing of those facilities
• Pendragon plc in connection with its debt facilities
• A large UK bank on the provision of £350 million syndicated facilities in connection with the flotation of Virgin Mobile Group 
• A large UK bank on its financing of the acquisition of two Marriott hotels in Brussels
