- Acting for Sainsbury’s Supermarkets Ltd on the acquisition of 33 Somerfield stores from the Co-Op in two phases as part of Sainsbury’s expansion plans.
- Taylor Wimpey in connection with the disposal of its former Solihull headquarters building and the disposal of other regional offices.
