Current projects include:

• Advising Crest Nicholson on the major mixed use redevelopment of Bristol Harbourside to provide office buildings, retail and leisure space, residential units and public realm.
• Acting for Centros in relation to the proposed retail led regeneration of the Northern Quarter mixed use scheme in Portsmouth comprising two department stores, approaching 1m square feet of retail space, 200 residential apartments and a hotel.
• Acting for Taylor Wimpey on the proposed £190m residential led regeneration of the Rowner Estate in Gosport including collaboration and development agreements with English Partnerships, the local authority and a housing association.
• Advising Berkeley Homes in connection with the redevelopment of the Royal Arsenal Site Woolwich which is being developed over an 8/10 year period for up to 2,500 residential units and substantial commercial space.
