Radim Kotlaba is a Czech advocate and the leader of the Prague Energy & Utilities sector group.
His primary areas of expertise are mergers & acquisitions, corporate law matters, public procurements and PPP tenders. Recently he has focused on the energy sector, where he has gained considerable experience. Radim has extensive experience in advising on mergers & acquisitions, privatizations and PPP projects. He has participated in the preparation of tender rules, data rooms, the due diligence process (including vendor due diligence), drafting due diligence reports, drafting transactional documentation and organizing signings and closings.

- a leading worldwide heat supplier on the proposed acquisition of an electricity and heat producer

- a global construction company on a pilot PPP accommodation project

- a lead manager on an initial public offering in the Czech Republic
- the Ministry of Justice on a pilot PPP accommodation project
- an international enterprise focused on cattle improvement on acquisitions in the Czech Republic and corporate restructuring
- a potential strategic investor on its proposed investment into the first major wind farm project in the Czech Republic
- the National Property Fund on the sale (privatization) of two brown coal mines
