Pranai leads our relationship with several clients in the Real Estate and Financial Services sectors, with substantial experience in leading investment transactions, including tax structures, retail office and industrial developments, real estate investment and development finance and corporate recovery situations.
Pranai is the London sponsor of our CEE Real Estate practice acting as a conduit between the various CMS offices in Central, Eastern and Southern Europe.
