Our tax team, which is a part of the Corporate Department, provides tailor-made tax advice and innovative solutions to all tax problems, the development of tax-efficient structures for corporate and finance transactions, including fiscal and legal structured finance engineering, implementing multi-jurisdictional surveys or transactions in co-operation with foreign tax advisers, and performing tax due diligence and tax litigation.
