Our Warsaw Dispute Resolution team is one of the largest practices of its kind in Poland. Our team is composed of 19 lawyers and works on around 140 active matters. The major areas in our dispute resolution practice are: insurance and reinsurance claims, construction disputes, product liability, corporate and commercial disputes, IP disputes, employment disputes and the newly developed business criminal litigation (BCL). Our lawyers appear before various state courts and arbitration tribunals.
