Peter Takov

Peter Takov is a Senior Associate at CMS Bulgaria, leading the Real Estate & Construction practice of the firm. As such he has been involved in a number of direct and indirect real property acquisitions and the development of renewable energy related projects.

Peter also worked as a judge assistant at the Bulgarian Supreme Administrative Court, where he dealt with a number of cases involving assessment of the legitimacy of administrative procedures and acts of the public administration related to real estate, construction and zoning. His core team consists of three associates.
