Pavla Křečková is a Czech qualified advocate and a Partner of the Prague office of CMS Cameron McKenna.
Pavla specialises in property finance as well as acquisition finance. Pavla has an extensive track record in financing projects for financial institutions such as HVB Bank, Bank Austria Creditanstalt, Erste Bank, OTP Bank, KBC Bank, Aareal Bank AG and for investors and funds such as Advent International, GMT Communications, Merrill Lynch, Somerston, TMW/Pramerica and PZ Stavinvest.
Pavla also has extensive experience in due diligence projects, real estate and corporate transactions.

- Pradera-AM PLC on the financing of the purchase of three retail centres in the Czech Republic in various cities - Park Hana, Ostrava Retail Park, Futurum Ostrava
- HSBC Bank plc, pobočka Praha on MIFiD implementation
- Somerston Olympia CZ s.r.o. in respect of a loan increase from Anglo-Irish Bank
- Barclays Capital, the investment banking division of Barclays Bank, on jurisdictional analysis for future potential origination of loans' work, as well as the securitisation of those loans
- Aareal Bank AG on the EUR 46 million financing of the acquisition of the Mandarin Oriental Hotel in Prague
- KBC Bank NV on the EUR 300 million construction finance in relation to one of the biggest real estate projects in Bratislava
- Property investor Dawnay Day Europe on the mezzanine financing and senior financing of the acquisition of the Kolonáda Shopping Centre in Karlovy Vary
- Bulgarian Telecommunications Company on a EUR 400 million refinancing
