Paul Smith

Paul Smith is a Partner in the Infrastructure & Project Finance Group and has extensive experience in PFI/PPP projects in a variety of sectors in the UK and the rest of Europe, including health, education, infrastructure, defence and custodial.

Paul has contributed a chapter on health PPPs in Europe included in a book on PPPs published in October 2006.  Before joining the firm, Paul was a development manager for PFI transactions with a major contractor/sponsor.
