Paul Sheridan is a Partner and Heads our Environment law practice, and also specialises in Cleantech.
He has advised numerous national and international manufacturing, technology, industrial, utility, commercial, construction, real estate and finance clients on a wide range of non-contentious and contentious environment matters, including several leading test cases. He is particularly well known for his vision of the impacts of this massively developing area of law.
Paul is particularly involved with the auto, cleantech (including climate change), chemicals, construction, engineering, energy (including renewables and nuclear), manufacturing, real estate, retail, transport, waste management and water sectors.
Paul has consistently been well respected in environment law and was nominated by in-house counsel and peers as one of the world's top 25 pre-eminent environment practitioners in the world. Chambers 2008 says 'One of the best environmental lawyers in the country'.
