Olivia regularly advises in respect of the transfer of liability in transactions, contaminated land issues, energy from waste and alternative energy operations, representing companies in regulatory investigations including crisis management, interviews and court proceedings, advising regarding prospective and impending legislation and the impact on business practice and products, contractual and regulatory liabilities and pursuing appeals in respect of Environmental Permits and regulators' decisions.
