Olga Zaplatinska is a senior associate in the Kyiv office of CMS Cameron McKenna with over 8 years of experience in advising real estate clients.

Olga's practice includes real estate acquisition, development and construction, land allocation and rezoning, land and property leasing and structuring, hotels development and operation, and real estate finance. Olga has a special sector interest in hotel acquisition and development.

• A Ukrainian developer on a management agreement with a major European hotel operator in connection with the development of a hotel in Ukraine
