Nick Foster-Taylor is Head of Transfer Pricing at CMS Cameron McKenna, and acts as a consultant to the Corporate Tax team.
Nick has many years experience in this field, training in tax at KPMG and PwC, and subsequently heading up transfer pricing teams at LECG, Duff & Phelps, and latterly Kelsham Global, a multi-national transfer pricing boutique. With wide-ranging experience of transfer pricing compliance and consultancy for a variety of U.K., European and U.S. multinationals and financial institutions, Nick has been responsible for the initiation and management of projects involving cross-border pricing in Europe, Asia, Asia-Pacific and the Americas. Specific expertise includes transfer pricing planning in relation to M&A activity, joint ventures, supply chain reorganisation, and intellectual property management, as well as representing clients extensively in negotiations with tax authorities worldwide.
