Niall McAlister

Niall McAlister is a partner and member of the Corporate Practice Group.   

Niall has a broadly based corporate practice, with particular expertise in the lifesciences and investment sectors.  He is a member of the Lifesciences Sector Group and the Investment Business team within the Financial Services Sector Group.  Niall also advises on charity law, particularly in the context of commercial transactions.   

Niall is the principal relationship partner for the Wellcome Trust.
