Nevena Radlova

Nevena is an associate at CMS Cameron McKenna Sofia. She specialises in Intellectual Property law and Competition law.  Nevena graduated with an L.L.M from the Sofia University Faculty of Law in 2004.  She has been a member of the Sofia Bar since 2006. 

Nevena specialises in IP, data protection and insurance law. Her experience includes advising a major international insurance group on the acquisition of a competitor, including advice on data protection and potential data security breach; an international Lifesciences company on an acquisition - monitoring the procedure for obtaining of an authorization by the target company from the Bulgarian Personal Data Protection Commission for transferring data to the US; Providing an IPR and competition advice on a domain name and trade mark infringement dispute; and unauthorised and parallel import,  among others.

Specialisations: Nevena has been awarded a Practice Diploma in International Anti-Trust Law by the International Bar Association and the College of Law of England and Wales.
