Nadine Barnole has been a paralegal in the field of Immigration since 1999 and has extensive experience in advising private and corporate clients on all aspects of business immigration matters and related issues.

Nadine's experience covers advice on applications relating to work permits (Tier 2 General and Intra Company Transfers), Tier 2 General and Intra Company Transfers extensions, Tier 1 General initial applications (in-country or out-of-country) and extensions, Tier 1 Post Study Work applications (in-country or out-of-country), further leave to remain (eg as work permit/Tier1/Tier 2 holder, dependant, spouse of a British national (in-country or out-of-country), spouse of an EEA national (in-country or out-of-country), indefinite leave to remain, UK naturalisation, entry clearance/visas at British posts overseas.

She is the key account manager for a number of major corporate clients and provides immigration advice across a wide range of industry sectors including but not limited to pharmaceuticals, engineering, electronics, investments, insurance/reinsurance, human resources consulting, asset management, telecommunications, power, digital advertising, oil & gas etc.

Education:

Bachelor's degree from both the University of Sheffield in the UK and the University of Perpignan in France in English and American Languages, Literature and Civilisations. Master's degree from both the University Perpignan in France in English and American Languages, Literature and Civilisations.
