Mary Selby is an associate in the Banking and International Finance practice.
Mary has over 15 years' experience working in the asset finance sector. She has previously advised both lenders and borrowers on asset-based lending as well as lessors and lessees on tax and non-tax based finance and operating lease structures in the aviation, shipping, rail, equipment and film finance sectors. Mary has also advised on lease portfolio and leasing company sales.
