Martin is a German qualified lawyer and admitted to the Munich Bar (2001) and Budapest Bar (2004). His area of speciality is corporate, competition, liquidation/ enforcement and regulatory. Martin is the head of the German group in Budapest and coordinates firm wide the CEE German Desk.
The Budapest German Desk is made up in total of 20 dedicated lawyers and advises German clients on certain projects and on their day-to-day business in Hungary in all areas of law. Martin has 6 years of experience in corporate transactions and in distressed M&A- Deals in Hungary, providing him with a deep insight into the specialties of the Hungarian market which have to be observed especially by German entities investing in Hungary. Besides German, he speaks fluent English, Hungarian and Italian.
