Martin Fox

Martin Fox is a partner in the Insurance & Reinsurance Group of CMS Cameron McKenna specialising in construction professional indemnity claims for consulting engineers, architects, design and build contractors, quantity and valuation surveyors and project managers.

He has acted in a number of adjudications under the Construction Act 1996 and as advocate in a number of construction-related mediations.

Relevant experience includes advising on:

• the engineers in London Underground Ltd v Kenchington Ford plc (1998) in claims arising from the Jubilee Line Extension Project
  
• the architects in Aintree Racecourse v HOK Lobb relating to the design of the Princess Elizabeth stand at Aintree
  
• on claims arising from a number of PFI projects
  
• on the construction of the Melbourne Tunnel link
  
• the designers of the Arch and Moving roof for the new Wembley Stadium
  
• the architects in the Bath Spa project
  
• on claims against engineers arising in Germany, Hungary and Poland and architects in Spain.
