Mark Atkinson

Mark Atkinson is a Partner in CMS Cameron McKenna's pensions group.

Mark graduated in law from Pembroke College, Cambridge. He joined McKenna & Co as a trainee in 1992 and has specialised in pensions since qualification in 1994. He became a partner in CMS Cameron McKenna in 2001.

Mark acts for trustees and companies in relation to occupational pension schemes. He also acts for claimants and defendants in relation to professional negligence claims involving pension scheme advisers. 

Mark is chair of the Association of Pension Lawyers. Mark has also qualified as an associate of the Pensions Management Institute.    

Mark is named as a leading specialist in the pensions field ('energetic client man', 'Super-bright and extremely articulate') and pensions litigation field ('keen as mustard and extremely clever', 'Fantastic pensions litigator') in Chambers Guide to the Legal Profession and The Legal 500.
