Małgorzata Urbańska

Małgorzata Urbańska is a Polish-qualified legal advisor and a Partner in the Commercial & Regulatory Department of CMS Cameron McKenna in Warsaw with over 10 years of professional experience. Małgorzata heads the firm’s Consumer Products Sector Focus Group in Central and Eastern Europe. Additionally, she is the Head of the Competition Practice in the Warsaw office.

Małgorzata specialises in competition law. Her practice comprises anti-trust issues, restrictive agreements, abuse of dominant position, consumer protection and unfair competition. Małgorzata also advises on EU regulations related to the free movement of goods and the compliance of domestic regulations with EU law. She carries out internal compliance audits of businesses and delivers internal training on competition law for personnel at various levels.

Małgorzata advises businesses from various industry sectors, with a special focus on the consumer products sector, including food and drink and health and beauty companies, as well as the pharmaceutical sector.

The 2010 edition of Legal 500 recommends Małgorzata as a well-respected lawyer in the area of competition and antitrust.
