Małgorzata Surdek

Małgorzata Surdek is an advocate and the partner in charge of the Dispute Resolution Department at the Warsaw office of CMS Cameron McKenna.

She has represented companies and natural persons in civil and criminal proceedings before state courts for many years.  Her experience includes public procurement issues, competition and consumer protection, intellectual property, claims under insurance contracts, as well as disputes before administrative courts with regulators of various markets, e.g. financial services, pharmaceutical, energy and telecommunications markets.  She also advises foreign investors in arbitration disputes under agreements on mutual protection of investments.

Małgorzata Surdek has been working at CMS Cameron McKenna since 1996.

She is a member of the Centre for Antimonopoly and Regulatory Studies (Centrum Studiów Antymonopolowych i Regulacyjnych - CSAiR) at the University of Warsaw, and the Competition Law Association.

She speaks fluent English and French.
