Louise Mead is a Partner in our real estate group.

Louise has extensive experience of acting for investors, developers and occupiers on commercial property transactions including acquisitions, disposals, lettings and  fundings.

Louise  also has experience in advising receivers and administrators on the property aspects of insolvency transactions.

Relevant experience includes advising:

• Crest Nicholson on the mixed use scheme at Bristol Harbourside.  The project included fundings of office premises, sales of affordable housing and general estate management arrangements and lettings to retail tenants. 
• Crest Nicholson on the regeneration of the mixed use scheme at Farnham including pre lets to anchor tenants, and other retail tenants.
• SWIPPT on the forward funding of an office block in Hammersmith.
• London University on the sale and leaseback of significant property at Southampton Row, London
• Taylor Wimpey on a complex 750-unit residential redevelopment of major hospital site near Maidstone
• Deloitte on the administration sales of a number of significant properties out of the Targetfollow portfolio.
