Louise Boswell is a commercial litigation associate in CMS Cameron McKenna's Dispute Resolution Group.
She has extensive dispute resolution experience and regularly assists clients in relation to disputes and dispute risk areas in a range of sectors including banking and finance, pharmaceuticals, technology and telecommunications, energy, engineering and manufacturing.
She has advised clients in relation to complex commercial contractual disputes as well as disputes arising from allegations of fraud, abuse of process, negligence and misrepresentation. She also regularly advises clients in relation to product liability and anti-bribery and corruption laws.
