Elizabeth Alpass

Lizzie Alpass is a commercial litigation associate in CMS Cameron McKenna's Dispute Resolution Group. 

She has varied experience of court and arbitration work and regularly assists clients in relation to disputes and dispute risk areas in a range of sectors including banking and finance, lifesciences, energy and utilities. 

She has advised clients in relation to complex commercial contractual disputes shareholder/investor disputes and product liability issues, as well as disputes arising from allegations of negligence and misrepresentation.
