Liz Fowler has worked as a competition lawyer since qualification, fee earning at Allen & Overy and in-house at Johnson Matthey before specialising in the role of Professional Support Lawyer (PSL).
While fee earning, Liz advised on competition, merger and public procurement issues under EU and UK law in both London and Brussels.
Her role as a PSL involves ensuring current awareness and best practices are implemented throughout the group, undertaking detailed research on specific competition law issues and well as maintaining a dialogue with regulators and co-ordinating marketing support for the team.
She is also responsible for team precedents and ensuring the actuality and usefulness of the team’s knowledge databases as part of the firm’s SPARK knowledge centre.
