Kremena Stoyanova has significant employment law experience as well as real estate law experience.
She has experience advising in relation to non-contentious employment law issues, in particular, advising bidders on workplace regulation in Bulgaria and potential risks associated with unknown employee liabilities. In the context of M&A transactions, she also regularly advises on arrangements for termination, resignation or transition of employees and directors and officers upon sale of the target company.
